1. Shipping Information
    We offer standard shipping, calculated at checkout. Shipping costs depend on item weight, item dimensions and destination.

    Currently, we ship to Bahrain and GCC. Some restrictions may apply to certain areas.
  3. Delivery Times
    Most of our items are custom-made and require additional time for fabrication. The approximate time needed for each custom item is displayed on the product page. Digital items will be delivered and emailed to you on the purchase date. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, please note that these estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  4. Returns and Refunds
    We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only if items are damaged and not usable. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@sapwoodmedia to receive return instructions.
  5. Exchanges & Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or an exchange. Or we can issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
